Janet Corne is an artist, designer, and innovator. A partner in Michael Katz Architecture, her education spans fine art, interior design, architecture and urban design; her mediums include sculpture, painting, photography and architecture. Transforming complexity of thinking into simplicity of presentation, her work in both art and architecture creates a dialogue between the two and illustrates their affects on each other. She exhibited extensively at Buschlen Mowatt Galleries in Vancouver and Palm Desert and most recently at Royale Projects in California. She has been a Design Critic at the School of Architecture, University of Manitoba and an Academic Advisor to final year students at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business.
