Biography
Pia returned to ceramics after years of travel, in the early 1990s, and established a cooperative studio. Some studio members, Jinny Whitehead and Joan Barnett,had a studio space in the Mergatroid building. Since 1995 Pia wood-fires with Jan Lovewell, Ron Robb and Jinny Whitehead in Earl's Cove on the Sunshine Coast.
Pia is known for her organic forms, and richly textured surfaces.
