Biography

Joan Barnett took her first class in pottery at the Banff School of Fine Arts. She relocated to Vancouver in 1993. In time she took up pottery again and became a member of Studio 3 in the Mergatroid Building with Jinny Whitehead, and Cheryl Stapleton, until 2018, when Jinny became too ill to work and the membership changed.
Joan is a member of the Potters Guild of BC
