Suzanne Starr arrived in Vancouver in 1977, and continued her studies in ceramics through community classes, with Jean Ellis and Maureen Wright. Her main interest has been smoke-fired (primitive fired) pottery . She is a member of the Aberthau Potters and exhibited at the Gallery of BC Ceramics.
