Biography
Connie Glover has exhibited widely and taught for many years in her own studio and at community centres in the Lower Mainland. She is known for her strong organic forms, and her mosaic and relief ceramic tile public art installations in North Vancouver, Richmond and Surrey.
Connie started taking ceramic classes in 1974 while at Simon Fraser University and then attended Douglas College (now Kwantlen University) in Surrey BC.
She carried on her studies at Laguna Beach School of Art, California, and later completed residencies at the Banff Centre for the Arts in Alberta, at Aomori, Japan, and at the San Bao Ceramics Institute in Jingdezhen, China.
