The Craft Council of British Columbia (CCBC), formerly the Craftsmen’s Association of British Columbia (CABC) was created by interested members of the Visual Arts Committee of the Community Arts Council of Vancouver in recognition of the growing craft community in British Columbia. CABC begain in the early 1970s, and became a formal organization in 1972. Since then, the organization has changed it's name to the Craft Council of British Columbia, has occupied multiple buildings, hosted innumerable exhibitions, sent out newsletters and more.
This website will host digitized materials that have accumulated over the decades at CCBC, and will grow over time as more materials are added to the archive.
